Almacenamiento seguro con temperatura controlada y servicio completo de recogida y entrega a domicilio. No se trata de un autoalmacenamiento: CampusHaul opera su propio almacén privado con vigilancia exterior las 24 horas, acceso controlado y cámaras de seguridad interiores para máxima protección. Sus pertenencias son recogidas, almacenadas y entregadas en su domicilio por personal capacitado de CampusHaul. Se aplica una tarifa única de recogida/entrega de $50. Importante: El almacenamiento se factura mensualmente y no se prorratea. Su tarifa mensual comienza el día de la recogida y se renueva cada 30 días hasta la entrega de sus pertenencias.


Política de cancelación

CampusHaul Service Agreement & Policy Effective Date: October 6, 2025 Applies to: All services booked through CampusHaul LLC, including CampusHaul+ tiers, packing/unpacking, junk removal, and storage. 1. ✅ Scope of Services CampusHaul provides labor-only and full-service moving support, including: Packing & unpacking Furniture assembly/disassembly Junk removal & post-move cleanup Storage coordination (where applicable) Local and long-distance moves within approved ZIP codes All services are subject to availability and ZIP-based service validation. 2. 💳 Booking & Payment Terms Deposit Required: $100–$250 depending on service tier, due at booking Final Payment: Due upon completion of service, payable via card, cash, or mobile payment Overage Charges: $95/hr per mover beyond booked time Add-ons: Fragile prep, extra movers, hoisting, truck coordination—priced separately CampusHaul reserves the right to adjust pricing based on scope, location, or labor needs. 3. 🔁 Cancellation & Rescheduling Free Rescheduling: With 48+ hours’ notice Cancellation Refunds: Deposits refunded if canceled 48+ hours before service Late Cancellation: Deposit forfeited if canceled within 48 hours of scheduled time No-Show Policy: Full service fee may be charged if customer is unavailable at move time 4. 📦 Liability & Damage Protection CampusHaul movers are trained and insured. However: Owner-packed items are moved at customer’s risk Electronics & appliances are covered only for visible damage caused by mishandling Furniture with pre-existing damage or instability is excluded from coverage Valuables (cash, jewelry, documents) must be secured by customer prior to move CampusHaul is not liable for unprotected flooring, weather-related delays, or third-party vehicle issues. 5. 🧾 Customer Responsibilities Ensure clear access at pickup and drop-off locations Provide accurate inventory and service needs during booking Be present or designate a responsible contact during service Notify CampusHaul of any special handling needs (e.g., fragile items, stairs, elevators) 6. 🔐 Privacy & Data Use Customer data is used solely for booking, service coordination, and internal analytics. For full details, see our Privacy Policy. 7. ⚖️ Legal & Compliance CampusHaul complies with all applicable DOT, MC, and SCC regulations. By booking, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement and any tier-specific policies (e.g., CampusHaul+25, CampusHaul+50).
