CampusHaul Furniture Assembly & Disassembly Service Policy 📋 Overview CampusHaul provides professional furniture assembly and disassembly services for residential and student clients. This service may be booked as a standalone appointment or bundled with CampusHaul+ or Student Plans. All crews arrive with tools, protective materials, and branded gear. No truck is required unless bundled with a move. ✅ What’s Included Assembly and/or disassembly of furniture items as requested Use of protective wrap, pads, and basic tools Crew arrival at client’s location with branded gear Optional add-ons: wall mounting, premium wrap, packaging disposal ⏱️ Booking & Duration Minimum booking: 2 hours Maximum labor per day: 8 hours Clients may choose hourly or per-item pricing All bookings must be confirmed via CampusHaul’s website or approved by a team lead 💳 Payment Terms Full payment due at time of booking or upon arrival Add-ons must be confirmed before service begins Refunds only issued for cancellations made 48 hours in advance No partial refunds for unused time once service begins 🚫 Limitations & Exclusions CampusHaul does not: Modify or alter furniture beyond manufacturer guidelines Mount items on surfaces not suitable for installation (e.g., drywall without studs) Assemble items missing parts or instructions Handle antique or high-value items without prior approval Provide electrical or plumbing services 🧍 Crew Conduct & Safety All crew members are trained, uniformed, and insured Clients must ensure a clear workspace and safe access Pets and children must be kept away from active work zones Any damages or concerns must be reported before crew departure 📦 Post-Service Responsibilities Crew will clean up packaging and tools Client must inspect completed work before crew leaves Any CampusHaul gear used (wraps, pads, tools) will be removed If bundled with a move, gear will be returned to the nearest CampusHaul hub 📞 Support & Escalation For billing issues, contact the CampusHaul billing team at the end of service For service concerns, reach out to your assigned team lead or email sales@campushaul.com All feedback is reviewed within 48 hours
