Refund Policy

At CampusHaul, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to offer flexibility while maintaining fairness and operational integrity. Please review the terms below before booking.

Full Refunds: 

Customers are eligible for a 100% refund if cancellation is made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment.

No Redunds:

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment

  • No-shows or missed appointments

  • Unused portions of student bundles once services have begun

  • Activated student plans, unless no services have been used, and cancellation occurs within the standard window

Free Rescheduling: 

You may reschedule your appointment once at no charge, provided the request is made 48+ hours in advance. Additional changes may incur a rescheduling fee.

Student Bundles: 

CampusHaul student plans are designed for flexibility, but they are non-refundable once activated. If no services have been used, you may request a refund under the standard cancellation window.

How to Request a Refund:

To initiate a refund, please contact us at sales@campushaul.com with your booking details.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us again at sales@campushaul.com

  • All refund and reschedule requests must be submitted via email

  • CampusHaul reserves the right to modify this policy at any time

  • By booking with CampusHaul, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy
