Service Description
A flexible, labor-only service where CampusHaul sends trained movers to load, unload, or rearrange — no truck required. Ideal for residential moves, business transitions, trailer jobs, and on-site support. Truck Loading/Unloading: Customer rents their own truck (U-Haul, Penske, etc.) — we handle the labor. Business Relocations: Office furniture, equipment, and layout changes — we move, stage, and reset. Trailer Support: Load/unload enclosed trailers, pods, or shipping containers. In-Home Rearranging: Furniture swaps, staging, or downsizing help — no transport needed. Post-Reno Cleanup Moves: Move items back in after renovations or construction.
Cancellation Policy
CampusHaul LaborLift Policy Scope of Service CampusHaul LaborLift provides labor-only moving assistance. This includes: Loading and/or unloading customer-provided trucks, trailers, or containers In-home furniture rearrangement Business relocation support Packing assistance (when requested) Furniture assembly/disassembly (if selected) CampusHaul does not provide transportation or vehicle rental as part of this service. 👷 Crew Conduct & Equipment Movers arrive in branded attire with basic tools, gloves, and protective gear. Crew members are trained in safe lifting, item handling, and customer etiquette. CampusHaul reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or violate local regulations. 📦 Customer Responsibilities Ensure truck/trailer/container is parked legally and safely before crew arrival. Provide clear access to job site (e.g., stairs, elevators, loading zones). Secure fragile or high-value items prior to service unless heirloom handling is selected. Notify CampusHaul of any building requirements (e.g., Certificate of Insurance). 🚫 Liability Disclaimer CampusHaul is not liable for: Damage to customer-provided vehicles, trailers, or containers Items improperly packed by customer prior to loading Pre-existing damage to furniture, appliances, or property Delays caused by traffic, access issues, or unsafe conditions Injury resulting from customer interference or unsafe environments Customers acknowledge that CampusHaul provides labor-only services and assumes no responsibility for transportation-related risks. 🧾 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Free cancellation if made 48+ hours before scheduled service 50% cancellation fee if canceled within 24–48 hours of scheduled time 100% cancellation fee if canceled within 24 hours or if crew arrives and cannot perform due to customer-related issues Rescheduling is free if requested 48+ hours in advance and subject to crew availability 🕒 Late Arrival & No-Show Policy CampusHaul strives to arrive within the scheduled window. Delays due to traffic or prior job overruns will be communicated promptly If crew is more than 60 minutes late without notice, customer may cancel without penalty If customer is unavailable or unresponsive at time of arrival, full service fee will be charged 💳 Payment Terms Payment due at time of booking or immediately after service completion Accepted forms: credit/debit card, ACH
