CampusHaul Cleanout & Haul-Away Service Policy 📋 Overview CampusHaul’s Cleanout & Haul-Away service provides full-service removal of packing debris, unwanted furniture, and non-hazardous household items. Crews arrive with branded gear, protective materials, and the tools needed to leave your space clean and clutter-free. This service may be booked as a standalone appointment or bundled with CampusHaul+ or Student Plans. ✅ What’s Included Sweeping and light surface cleaning of vacated areas Removal of packing materials (boxes, wrap, tape, foam) Haul-away of approved furniture and household items Responsible disposal or donation when applicable Use of dollies, straps, and protective gear Volume limit: up to 10 cubic yards (additional volume billed separately) ⏱️ Booking & Duration Minimum booking: 2 hours Maximum labor per day: 8 hours No truck required unless bundled with a move All bookings must be confirmed via CampusHaul’s website or approved by a team lead 💳 Payment Terms Full payment is due at time of booking or upon crew arrival Add-ons must be confirmed before service begins Refunds are only issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance No partial refunds once service has started ⛔ Prohibited Items CampusHaul does not remove or dispose of: Hazardous waste (paint, chemicals, solvents, batteries) Medical waste or biohazards Liquids, gas containers, or flammable materials Weapons, ammunition, or explosives Items requiring special permits or environmental handling Attempting to include prohibited items may result in additional fees, job cancellation, or permanent suspension from CampusHaul services. 🧍 Crew Conduct & Safety All crew members are trained, uniformed, and insured Clients must ensure clear access to all items being removed Pets and children must be kept away from active work zones Any damages or concerns must be reported before crew departure 📞 Support & Escalation For billing issues, contact the CampusHaul billing team at the end of service For service concerns, reach out to your assigned team lead or email sales@campushaul.com All feedback is reviewed within 48 hours
